Patrick is the IT support and Chief Administrator at MyCareerPath.ie, bringing his experience of technical and customer support with Apple. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business from ATU in Mayo. In his current role with the HigherEd 4.0 Project, Patrick is the first point of contact for all technical issues and provides remote support to the team to solve non-complex and complex problems to minimize system downtime and loss of productivity. He also assists in developing the customised pathways and resource materials to ensure seamless onboarding to the platform. Patrick provides learners with access to MyCareerPath.ie and offers technical support throughout their career and learning journey.
