“The MyCareerPath.ie programme was very beneficial to me. I was very impressed with the E-Learning Platform. We had access to several tools which assessed individual strengths. The programme also included AI resources such as CV Builder & CV 360 providing instant feedback and recommendations. The results gave me the confidence and motivation to pursue a career change in the organisation. My Career Advisor was very helpful and provided me with information on courses which would align with my new career path. I am now in the process of applying for one of those courses. I would have no hesitation in recommending MyCareerPath.ie”

Overall feedback from Meissner on the Platform, Career Assessments and E-learning tools:

The career assessments provided valuable insights for learners, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their unique personality, strengths, values, and motivations. These insights were useful in demonstrating the impact of this knowledge in the workplace. The personalised 1-to-1 Career Guidance support was highly advantageous in identifying gaps in transversal skills, building confidence, and encouraging individuals to engage in conversations about career advancement, skills development, and further education requirements.
This support proved to be extremely beneficial for the learners.
