EU Green: European Alliance
The initiative helps students understand how their capabilities align with changing labour market demands and globally sought-after competencies, as identified in the World Economic Forum’s future-focused skills framework, with a strong emphasis on human-centred skills.
The project will also enable participating universities to evaluate the skills profile of PhD students across each partner country and identify the capabilities required for the future workforce.

This webinar introduces the Skills Discovery Tool, supporting PhD students in identifying, understanding, and articulating the transferable skills required for future career pathways.
The tool maps each student’s competencies against the World Economic Forum’s most in-demand global skills, helping participants better understand and communicate their strengths.

1 December 2026 | 2:00 pm Employer Engaged Workshop: Connecting Student Strengths with Employer Needs and Future Workplace Skills
This interactive webinar brings together students and employers to explore workforce trends, future skills requirements, and the impact of AI on careers.
Building on the Skills Discovery Tool, the session will help students validate their skills through an employer lens, while enabling employers to demonstrate how these competencies are applied in practice within their organisations.
